The refund of your unused credits is possible according to the terms and conditions provided in our general conditions and on the payment method initially used. To request a refund, contact us by
email with the name of your site. You can also use our virtual assistant Caroline, to do this :
- start a chat conversation on the dashboard
- choose "I have a question about my credits/invoices
- click on "Refund request".
- confirm your request and Caroline will forward your request directly to the appropriate person.
Please note that you also have the possibility to
transfer your credits to another site if you manage several sites or if you want to start a new one.
