Your search campaign (Google or Microsoft) does not start? Several parameters must be checked:
A search campaign takes between 24 and 48 hours to start broadcasting. This time includes the approval time of your ads and your keywords.
If after this time your campaign has not yet started its broadcasting, you must check the status of your Google account. More particularly, you must make sure that your Google Ads account has not been suspended.
If your account has been suspended, you will find this information on the dashboard at the campaign level (see below):
If your Google Ads account is suspended you will receive an email with more information about the reason of the suspension and the possible solutions available to you.
The keywords and the ads
In order to broadcast your ads on search engines, you must ensure that your keywords are eligible and relevant to your business. Also your ads must be qualitative in relation to your keywords. It is necessary that your ad includes at least 3 titles and 2 descriptions (we recommend at least 5 titles).
Some criteria to respect in relation to your keywords:
- to be eligible: that there are enough monthly requests on your keywords
- that they respect the Google Ads rules
Some criteria to respect on your ads :
- use your keywords in your titles and descriptions
- no capitalization of each word
- no punctuation, no emoji

Bids
If your keywords and ads are decent and follow Google's best practices, now you need to check your bids.
Make sure that your bidding strategy is not too limiting:
- CPC max too low on highly searched and/or very competitive keywords
Tip: if keywords with a lot of searches and/or a lot of competition CPC min = 0,40€.
- Target CPA too low / Tip: Target CPA higher than 6 for acquisition (if your campaign does not start)
- Target ROAS too high / Tip: start with a 300% target ROAS
